Return Policy

We have a return policy that varies by product category:

  • Lighting: 30-day return policy
  • All other glass items: 14-day return policy
  • Custom work: Final sale, no returns accepted
  • Sale items: Not eligible for return

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unused
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

The return process must be initiated within the applicable return window (30 days for lighting, 14 days for all other glass items) from the date of receipt.

How to Initiate a Return To start a return:

  • Include order number in subject link
  • Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: 175 Van Dyke Street, STE 321A, Brooklyn, NY, 11231, United States
  • If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
  • If you reside outside the United States, shipping your return may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect (wrong item received)

We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom work (special orders, personalized items)
  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

European Union 3-Day Cooling Off Period For orders shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason, without justification.

The return eligibility requirements remain the same:

  • Item must be unused, with original packaging
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required
